During these uncertain times, the health and wellbeing of our community is top of mind. As the COVID-
19 outbreak continues, our stores and pharmacies will continue to provide the services and essentials
you need. We will do our utmost to support you.
Here’s how you can help:
- Use the Pharmacy mobile app or website to order your prescription refills
- Please do not come to the Pharmacy or the store if you are unwell, particularly if you have a fever, the onset of a new cough or difficulty breathing. Contact your health care provider or provincial health authority (811 in most provinces) immediately.
- Please take the advice of the Canadian and Provincial health authorities, and self-isolate if you have recently travelled outside Canada, or been in contact with a person who is suspected of, or who has, COVID-19.

If you are unwell or in self-isolation:
- Call a neighbor, friend or family member who does not live with you to come to the store on your behalf, or
- Call your Pharmacy about other ways you can receive your prescriptions without coming into the store.
- We are asking all of our staff and customers who are well and not in self-isolation, to practice social distancing if you need to come into the store or Pharmacy
